A woman in her mid-fifties has a problem of frequent urination, especially at night time. She has to wake up several times in the night to pass urine which is affecting her sleep and overall health. Had her sugar checked and it was normal. Has no other known medical problem only that she has hypertension since years and is on medication as well.

Asalam Alaikum I am diagnosed with hypothyroidism last month my TSH is 6 .36. My doctor suggest me to check again after 15 days my levels for thyroid I want to know why dairy and gluten is bad for thyroid or can I regulate it naturally? By exercising and clean eating I don't know but many videos on youtube suggest go for gluten and dairy-free diets for reversing hypothyroidism. I'm unmarried

My father age is 64 years. 3 years back he got micro vein rupture in head due to high blood pressure. Got him checked with Dr. Nasrullah in Lahore who told that scans are ok as no brain damage visible and prescribed medications. He is now complaining numbness in hands, curled left foot finger, weakness and pain in body. Please advise doctor in lahore and tests required as per above situation.

I was diagnosed with schizophrenia 10 years ago, at age 17. My doctor prescribed me a medication named "Abilify" at a dose of 30mg. I took that med for 10 years. In January 2019 I decided to quit taking "Abilify". Between January 2019 and June 2019, I didn't feel that something was wrong with my mental health. I was doing fine without the med. My husband is 42 yrs old.He did an MRI of the spine and they found he has a hernia but also a nodule 4mm/2mm in the upper right gluteal muscle and the MRI can’t exclude a tumoral sublevel.Did an ultrasound too and it said “solid mass with some calcification”; I am not sure about the calcification part though.We’re waiting to see a surgeon but in the meantime I am terrified. Is it cancer?Thank you.

My elderly mother has been taking Donepezil for almost 4 years now. She is 92 now. When she first starting taking this medication her memory was getting spotty and her doctor (a general practitioner), put her on Donepizil. Her memory wasn't improving so he doubled the dose. Not only wasn't her memory improving, it seemed to be getting worse! She seemed more confused, withdrawn, and eve depressed. One day she didn't take and seemed much more "with it". Can this drug have adverse effects?
