My twins were born week 34+0 - healthy. We spent 2 weeks in the NICU for monitoring. No they're 1 month old. One of them now has a what looks like a rash on his right foot. This rash started to develop 1 week after he was born. The whole stay at the NICU he had a blood pressure cuff around his right foot, exactly where the rash appears to be now.
